This barometric altimeter is perfect for the model rocket crowd and beyond.
It runs off a easily obtainable A23 battery. This is a peak reporting altimeter. The peak reading is stored
in non-volatile memory so there is no fear of loosing the reading if the battery
dies. This reading is reported after the flight.
The large onboard memory allows the unit to store over 30 minutes of flight data.
The user can setup how long it should record for each flight allowing them to control how many flights are recorded.
The altimeter automatically switches pages for each flight.
The stored data can be downloaded and viewed using the custom software.
This design frees you from the hassle of downloading at the field between each flight.
